How The Program Works
BECOME A REGISTERED ARTIST
Register online or by sending in a completed Registered Artist form. You are required to submit at least three and a maximum of seven jpegs of your work with descriptions, a brief bio, and contact information. You will be given a portfolio page on this site with the information and files we receive from you. It will link to your personal website if you have one. You will price your own artwork.
OUR COMMITTMENT
By registering, you agree to the 60%-to-artist/40%-to-nfwfwf distribution of the price of your artwork sold to a Benefactor, privately, or at any nfwfwf-sponsored showing of your work. Work sold to nfwfwf members at outside galleries and other exhibits will not be included in this agreement.
PAYMENT
A check for 40% of the price of the artwork is made out to NFWFWF and is a tax deductible donation. A second check for 60% of the price of the artwork, plus any applicable taxes on 60% of the sale, is made out to the artist. Both checks are given to the artist or the artist representative.
WHAT IS ART?
Good question! It’s up to you. Certainly drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, assemblage, photography, mixed-media and so much more like crafts, design, floral work, fashion, book-arts, etc.
